Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Food Handler’s Certification or willingness to obtain prior to starting.
A positive attitude and a passion for the food and beverage industry.
Must be at least 19 years old.
Must be authorized to work in the United States, will be submitted through E-Verify

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly smile and positive attitude.
Be knowledgeable on all menu items and be able to help guests with placing orders based on their tastes, preferences, diets or allergies.
Be knowledgeable on all current promotions, specials and offers, and be able to apply them in accordance to our policies.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery to the tables.
Monitor guest dining experience, checking in periodically to ensure satisfaction.
Handle payments, including cash and credit transactions, accurately and efficiently.
Keep tables clean and organized, promptly clearing dishes and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and communication.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.
Light lifting to stock products or cleaning and maintenance of the dining room.
Participate in team training, meetings, and events to enhance knowledge and skills.
