About The Position

Bamboo Sushi is a restaurant of purpose, focused on sustainability, thoughtful hospitality, and genuine connection. We are opening a new location in Kirkland, Washington in 2026 and are seeking experienced, guest-focused Servers. The role involves delivering warm, knowledgeable, and memorable dining experiences, working closely with FOH and BOH teams, and sharing knowledge of our food, beverages, and values.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a high-volume or guest-facing service role
• Working knowledge of dining room service standards and procedures
• Valid Food Handler’s Card and OLCC Permit (or ability to obtain)
• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and positive in a fast-paced environment
• Team-first mindset and willingness to support others
• Interest in continued learning around Japanese cuisine and beverages

Responsibilities

• Providing attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service
• Guiding guests through the menu, including sushi, beverages, and specials
• Collaborating with teammates to ensure timely and consistent service
• Assisting fellow team members to meet guest needs
• Following all company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards
