About The Position
We are looking for servers and baristas to join our front of house team. Founded in 2011, and on a continued growth plan, we are a boutique bakery cafe with two locations and an active bakehouse. Started by a couple who love great seasonal food, happy people, and charming surroundings. By building our products using hand-selected high-quality ingredients, and by choosing team members who share our vision, we are building a company that aims to connect people with the food they care about, one meal at a time. Requirements
- Weekend availability is necessary.
- Experience and availability will determine starting pay.
Nice To Haves
- If you haven’t learned to make espresso drinks, we’ll teach you.
Responsibilities
- Help guests with their meal, beverage, pastry, and catering orders.
- Serve coffee and Espresso Drinks, make them if you like.
- Be warm and welcoming and helpful.

- Starting Pay range is $15-$17 per hour plus tips (which average about $4-$5 per hour)
- Excellent hours--no late nights - two days off in a row.
- We close our café for holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s, Easter & Fourth of July.
