About The Position
Our Servers are responsible for all aspects of professional food service and guest satisfaction including taking food and beverage orders and serving them to Guests in the restaurant. We are looking for individuals who embody our purpose of bringing people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, and who align with 'The Maggiano's Way'. Maggiano's Little Italy, part of Brinker International, is known for its Italian American tradition and casual dining experience. We are committed to making a positive impact through supporting the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the North Texas Food Bank, and the Brinker Family Fund.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stay upbeat and put others ahead of themselves
- Ability to hoist heavy plates
