About The Position
Rioz Brazilian Steakhouse in North Myrtle Beach offers an authentic churrascaria experience with continuous tableside service of premium grilled meats, an extravagant salad bar, and impeccable hospitality. They are part of the Homegrown Hospitality Group, which includes over 15 restaurants and 9 unique concepts across Charleston, Columbia, and Myrtle Beach.
Requirements
- Must be 18+ with hospitality experience or strong customer service background
- Alcohol Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication skills and polished presentation
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic money-handling
- Ability to stay composed and efficient in a fast-paced, upscale environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with elegance and enthusiasm
- Guide guests through the unique Rioz dining experience
- Explain menu offerings with confidence and knowledge
- Deliver meats tableside with precision and flair
- Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and providing seamless service
- Maintain a clean and organized section
- Process payments with accuracy and professionalism
