The Company provides turnkey outsourced facility management and arcade operations services for resorts, hotels, casinos, and amusement parks. Additionally, the Company owns and operates standalone family entertainment centers under the In The Game, Max Action, and Bonkers brands. The Company operates nearly 90 locations throughout the U.S. The Server provides exceptional guest service by delivering food and beverages in a friendly, accurate, and timely manner. This role is responsible for creating a positive dining experience while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment and supporting overall restaurant operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and guest service skills.
- Basic math and cash handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service, where applicable.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to all guests.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring order accuracy.
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Answer guest questions, make menu recommendations, and resolve concerns or escalate them to management when appropriate.
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas, service stations, and workspaces.
- Complete assigned opening, closing, and side work duties.
- Follow all company policies and food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service requirements.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
