About The Position
Ted's Montana Grill is seeking Servers who are genuine, polished, and professional, embodying the "Big Sky Spirit." As a Server, you will be a vital and valued member of the team, delivering "Big Sky Moments" to ensure a great Guest experience. You will help create an atmosphere of genuine hospitality, ensuring a remarkable only-at-Ted’s experience for our Guests. Ted's Montana Grill offers a scratch kitchen, no microwaves, and opportunities for career advancement, with many managers starting as Team Members. The company closes its restaurants on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Requirements
- Full-service restaurant experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Gets along great with people!
