The Oliver Hotel, a boutique property in the heart of Knoxville, TN, is seeking a Server to deliver warm, attentive service and create memorable dining experiences for every guest. Responsibilities
- Greet guests, present menus, and provide knowledgeable recommendations
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring correct presentation
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the dining area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Process payments and handle cash and POS transactions correctly
