About The Position
At Galloway Ridge, we take pride in providing exceptional, resident-centered care in a warm and supportive community. We are looking for a FT Server who creates a welcoming environment for our residents and helps with table service for a high level of customers.
Requirements
- Experience waiting tables in a hotel, restaurant or club with fine dining preferred; will train.
- Ability to interpret and explain menu, refer or answer questions, coordinate meal service process and understands requests.
- Ability to work in close cooperation with residents, guests, visitors, families, supervisor and peers. Requires courtesy, tact and graciousness.
Responsibilities
- Dining room maintenance – setting tables, maintaining a clean work environment, clear dishes from tables during and after meal service
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions about the menu, and provide a courteous demeanor to all residents, employees, and guests.
- Maintain acceptable standards of personal hygiene and complies with department dress code.
- Completes in-service training and educational sessions as assigned.
- All other duties assigned including, but not limited to, enhancing the Resident Experience.
