About The Position

IHOP Servers are motivated, team-oriented, friendly, dependable, and driven to provide excellent customer service. A qualified candidate greets customers, takes orders, and serves them to provide a high-quality dining experience. Servers may also perform other duties necessary for restaurant operations as assigned by the acting supervisor, following governmental and company policies. This is not an all-inclusive job description.

Requirements

• Be motivated, team-oriented, friendly, dependable, and driven to provide excellent customer service.
• Stand for up to 8 hours during a shift.
• Be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Have full mobility of hands and arms while performing repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, and serve customers.
• Perform duties necessary for restaurant operations as assigned by the acting supervisor, following governmental and company policies.
