About The Position
Our Servers are responsible for all aspects of professional food service and guest satisfaction including taking food and beverage orders and serving them to Guests in the restaurant. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about bringing people together to celebrate the love of family and friends. Maggiano's Little Italy, a part of Brinker International, is a casual dining restaurant that offers an Italian American dining experience. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and fostering a positive work environment for our employees. We are committed to making a difference in our community through our support of the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the North Texas Food Bank, as well as providing support to our own employees through the Brinker Family Fund.
