Requirements

Minimum of 2 years prior quality experience as a server
Thrives on being hospitable
Comfortable interacting with a variety of people
Positive attitude, able to work well under pressure and has a sense of urgency
Works well with others
Food Safety Certification & TABC Certification

Responsibilities

Provide the perfect guest experience
Maintain a working knowledge of food and drink menu items, whiskies, promotions, ingredients, events, etc.
Table maintenance
Communication with management for any issues
Clear communication and listening to guests
Process guests’ payments accurately and in a timely manner
Clean, pressed uniform and professional appearance – includes smile
Correctly ringing in orders through POS system
