About The Position

The Haywire & The Ranch brand is looking for our next great server! We need a server whose mission is creating unique and special experiences for their guests. This role involves preparing the dining area, serving guests, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Requirements

• Minimum two (2) years serving experience; high-end casual or fine dining preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, & speak English.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time & lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification & TABC Certification.

Nice To Haves

• Food, wine, & whiskey knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create unique and special experiences for guests.
• Prepare the dining area by shining silver and polishing glassware.
• Serve guests with a focus on hospitality.
• Recommend wine, whiskey, or hand-crafted cocktails to pair with meals.
• Guide guests throughout the entire dining experience.
• Maintain a sense of ownership over the guests' experience.
