Watermark Retirement Communities, a leader in senior living for over 30 years, is seeking a Server to join their team. Requirements
- Must be available to work a mix of weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced formal dining room, providing consistent elevated service even without the inclusion of tips.
- Ability to follow standards even when no one is watching, demonstrating reliable and consistent performance.
- Genuinely interested in learning and continuously developing their skill set.
- Able to multitask and problem solve while maintaining composure in a fast paced environment.
- Prior formal or upscale dining experience strongly preferred.
