Requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tables and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with the restaurant’s menu and offerings.
Willingness to work collaboratively with other staff members.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle unexpected challenges.
Physical stamina to stand, move for extended periods, and lift trays with food and drinks.
Accuracy in order-taking and attention to details like table settings and cleanliness.
Quick thinking and problem-solving skills to address guest concerns effectively.
High Character, good attitude, and a positive team-orientated mindset are essential.

Nice To Haves

Experience is preferred but not required: we are open to training and teaching all required technical skills.

Responsibilities

Accurately take food and beverage orders, considering special requests and dietary restrictions.
Possess in-depth menu knowledge, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
Deliver orders promptly and accurately, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
Regularly check on guests to ensure satisfaction, address issues, and refill beverages.
Suggest additional items, specials, or beverages to enhance the guest’s experience and increase sales.
Present and process guest checks, handle cash and credit card transactions, and provide accurate change.
Keep the dining area clean, well-organized, and reset tables for the next guests.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, hosts, and fellow servers to ensure smooth coordination of service.
