About The Position

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and detail-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering personalized service, being knowledgeable about our food and beverage offerings, and efficiently managing orders and payments. You will collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth workflow and maintain a clean and welcoming environment. This role requires professionalism, a calm demeanor under pressure, and a commitment to upholding our employee code of conduct.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service that leaves guests feeling valued and cared for.
• Be well-versed in all areas of our food, beverages, and steps of service to confidently make recommendations and answer questions.
• Use our Toast point-of-sale system efficiently to take orders, process payments, and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a smooth workflow, including assisting in other areas as needed.
• Address guest feedback with a positive attitude, working to turn challenges into opportunities for exceptional service.
• Adhere to our employee code of conduct to support a safe, positive, and respectful work environment.
