About The Position

Maui Brewing Co. Kihei is looking for a top-notch Server to join their craft 'ohana! This position is available as Full-Time or Part-Time, depending on availability. The pay rate is $14.75/hour plus tips, with an average hourly tip rate of $20.00-$30.00, paid weekly via Branch™.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a server in a fast-paced high-volume restaurant
• Knowledgeable about craft beer, cocktails, and food
• Passionate about guest service and strive to create memorable experiences for all guests
• Get along great with others and know how to be a team player
• Weekend availability (Friday - Sunday)
• TB clearance is necessary upon being hired to work in the State of Hawaii.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, and exceptional service to guests and assist with menu selections and beverage recommendations
• Maintain knowledge of food and beverage items including rotating specials
• Ensure compliance with MBCR's Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines and local liquor laws
• Support the FOH team by assisting with restaurant setup, cleanup, restocking, and breakdown
• Follow all health, hygiene, and safety guidelines.
