About The Position

Esplanade Golf and Country Club at Lakewood Ranch is seeking a Part-Time Server to join their Food & Beverage team. This role involves providing friendly and attentive service to members and guests in multiple dining venues, at member events, private functions, and other club activities. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with people, thrive in a team environment, and take pride in delivering excellent service within a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must meet all applicable requirements for serving alcoholic beverages

Nice To Haves

• Previous restaurant, club, banquet, or hospitality experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive service to members and guests
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food, cocktails, wine, and other beverages
• Maintain clean, organized tables and service areas
• Assist with dining room, patio, bar, and event service
• Work closely with culinary, bartenders, and fellow service team members
• Help with opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities
• Learn our menus, specials, events, and club service standards
• Create a welcoming experience and build relationships with our members
