About The Position

Greenwood Village South is a hospitality-driven, non-profit Life Plan Community offering a full continuum of care. Located on a beautiful 60-acre campus, it is home to over 750 residents and employees who thrive in a culture of care, compassion, and connection. This part-time server position involves working weeknights and weekends, with flexible hours ranging from 4-8:30 PM on weeknights and 11 AM-8 PM on weekends, totaling 16-20 hours per week. The role offers a starting pay of $14/hour plus experience pay and shift differentials, with opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Requirements

Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
Ability to interpret and explain the menu, refer or answer questions, coordinate meal service process and understand requests.
Ability to work in close cooperation with residents, guests, visitors, families, supervisors and peers.
Requires courtesy, tact and graciousness.

Responsibilities

Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order.
Take orders and provide timely service.
Answer questions about the menu.
Clear dishes from tables and after meal service.
Maintains a clean working environment.
Assists in maintaining a high level of customer service for our residents and their guests.
Assists with dish washing and distribution of clean dishes if needed.
Maintains safe and sanitary conditions in work areas.
