About The Position
Freedom Plaza is recruiting for hospitality-focused Servers to join our dining room team. This role provides full-scope, hands-on serving functions within the community. This is a part-time position with hours from 4 PM to 8 PM, which is great for students after school. Weekends and Holidays are required.
Requirements
- Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school required.
- Engaging and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work well with a team under pressure in a fast-paced high-end dining room.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in food service work preferred.
- Experience in working with seniors preferred.
Responsibilities
- Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order.
- Take orders, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously.
- Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
- Maintain dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
- Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
- Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
