TBonz Market Street is searching for personable, hardworking Servers who know how to deliver flavorful moments with every plate. We’re looking for upbeat individuals who take pride in their hustle and are passionate about providing top-notch hospitality. As a Server, you’ll guide guests through our bold menu, ensure unforgettable dining experiences, and keep the good vibes rolling from start to finish. Homegrown Hospitality Group (HHG) has 9 dynamic restaurant concepts across 15+ locations in South Carolina and is a place to grow, connect, and shine, focusing on Southern warmth, creative flavor, and unforgettable service.
Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Previous serving or restaurant experience preferred
- Strong communication & multitasking skills
- A team-first attitude & energetic presence
- Knowledge of food safety & alcohol service standards
- Dependable, friendly, and hospitality-driven
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with enthusiasm & guide them through the menu
- Take accurate orders & deliver with care
- Build rapport with regulars & newcomers alike
- Collaborate with hosts, kitchen, & bar teams to keep flow smooth
