About The Position

Green Coyote Cantina East Cobb is seeking experienced Servers to join our Front of House team. We are looking for energetic, friendly, dependable hospitality professionals who understand that great restaurants succeed when everyone works together. At Green Coyote Cantina, our servers do more than take orders. They create experiences, build guest relationships, and contribute to a team culture focused on hospitality, accountability, and excellence.

Requirements

Previous full-service restaurant serving experience preferred
Friendly, outgoing, and hospitality-focused personality
Strong communication and guest service skills
Team-player mentality with a willingness to support others
Strong attendance, reliability, and punctuality
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and service
Willingness to learn the menu, ingredients, beverages, and daily features to confidently guide guests through their dining experience
AM/PM availability
Weekend availability strongly preferred
Holiday availability may be required
Flexible scheduling based on availability and business needs

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service to every guest from greeting through departure
Learn and confidently present food, beverage, beer, wine, and cocktail offerings
Make menu recommendations and enhance the guest experience
Work collaboratively with fellow servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff
Maintain clean and organized stations throughout each shift
Complete side work and opening/closing duties thoroughly and consistently
Follow company service standards and procedures
Help create a positive, team-oriented work environment
