About The Position
Servers provide hospitable, customized service to Guests, explain menu offerings, and help create a welcoming dining experience. They work with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction and contribute to maintaining a safe environment. The role includes opening and closing duties and requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
Requirements
- Meet the minimum age requirement of 18.
- Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.
