About The Position
Touchmark on West Prospect is Appleton’s leading full-service senior living community, dedicated to enriching the lives of residents through exceptional service, hospitality, and care. We are currently seeking a dependable and service-minded Part-Time PM Server to join our Dining Services team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys evening shifts (our dining rooms close at 7:00 p.m.), values teamwork, and takes pride in providing warm, attentive service. This is more than a serving position — it’s an opportunity to build relationships, create welcoming dining experiences, and make a difference in the daily lives of our residents.

Nice To Haves
- Previous serving or customer service experience preferred (training provided)
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, attentive table service to residents and guests
- Take and deliver meal orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist with dining room setup, cleaning, and reset between services
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and service standards
- Work with the dining team to create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience
