Requirements

Complete knowledge of the restaurant's food and beverage menu.
Ability to serve 3 to 6 tables at a time and meet or exceed the companies Best in Class Standards after training.
Ability to consistently up sell alcohol and food items.
Ability to use a computer to ring orders on a check.
Ability to interact with guests in a consistent friendly and fast manner.
Ability to accept different types of payment and make change.
Ability to maintain specific side-work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant.
Ability to clear and reset tables quickly.
Ability to correctly check identification of a guest to ensure guests are at least 21 years of age to consume alcoholic beverages.
Ability to refuse to serve beverages in a polite manner to guests who are not of legal age.
Ability to observe guest's behavior, count number of drinks served, and if the server feels they should not drive, always inform management.
Ability to treat all guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction.
Ability to always strive to exceed guests’ expectations.
Ability to report to work in a neat and clean uniform.
Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential.
Ability to communicate with Managers to inform them of any unhappy guest.
Ability to take and fill togo orders, if applicable.

Responsibilities
