About The Position
Three Birds is a neighborhood diner in Dayton, Ohio, operated by The Idea Collective. The Server role focuses on creating an enjoyable, memorable guest experience through warm, attentive hospitality and relaxed fine dining service. The company values team members who take joy in creating joy for guests. Staff will be expected to develop deep knowledge of the food menu, including preparation and history, as well as cocktail offerings and the wine list. Routine training sessions and periodic testing of service and menu knowledge will be provided. Applicants may be considered by hiring managers at one or more of The Idea Collective’s hospitality concepts if a position becomes available; this posting does not represent an immediate job opening.
