About The Position

The Hilton San Francisco Airport Bayfront is seeking a Full Time Server to join their team. This role is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by providing excellent service, maintaining a clean dining area, and assisting with various operational duties. The server will also be responsible for food preparation, payment processing, and reporting any equipment or supply needs.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent
Must have at least 6 months server experience
Ability to read, comprehend and write simple instructions, correspondence and memos.
Ability to communicate verbally (including telephone contact) with Guests, management and co-workers.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean dining area at all times.
Responsible for receiving all payments.
Performing necessary opening/closing and side work duties.
Prepare food items for guests.
Assist other servers with their tables.
Ensure all equipment is in operation order and all supplies are up to par.
Report equipment that needs repair or supplies that need to be ordered.
Ensure areas are free of safety hazards and performs all duties in a safe and efficient manner.
Ensure total guest satisfaction.
Follow supervisor’s instructions and performs other duties as directed or assigned.
Be knowledgeable in all hotel emergency procedures.
