About The Position

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Server to join our team. The Server is responsible for providing excellent guest service, taking food and beverage orders, delivering meals, and ensuring a positive dining experience. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Previous serving or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and customer service.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of POS systems.
Food Handler and/or alcohol service certification (if required by local laws).
Experience in casual dining, fine dining, or high-volume restaurants.

Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service.
Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations.
Accurately take and enter customer orders into the POS system.
Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.
Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally.
Process payments and provide accurate change or receipts.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
Assist with setting up and closing dining areas.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and fellow team members.
