About The Position

This role is responsible for providing excellent guest service in a restaurant setting. Key duties include engaging with guests, describing menu items, taking orders accurately, efficiently delivering food and beverages, and processing payments. The server will also inform guests about specials and promotions, answer questions, make recommendations, and utilize up-selling techniques to enhance the dining experience. Additionally, the server must address guest concerns by informing a manager and contribute to maintaining a clean and safe restaurant environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Reading, writing, basic math and effective communication skills required
• English language and professional communications skills are required
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Previous Server or restaurant experience preferred
