About The Position

Funlab is seeking Servers to join the team at Holey Moley in San Francisco. Funlab is a creator of competitive socializing experiences with over 50 locations across Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. Requirements

Customer service, hospitality, or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport
A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests - teens, kids, and adults
Team-driven focus with the natural ability to motivate yourself and others
Proven ability to communicate effectively
Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for long periods
Flexibility in schedule, must be available on weekends and nights
Relevant State required certifications

Responsibilities

Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with energy and a top-tier service mindset
Deliver food and beverages throughout the venue, including multiple bars and event spaces
Drive sales on every shift through upselling, product knowledge, and proactive guest engagement
Understand daily goals and challenges, working with the team to succeed
Maintain venue stock and readiness
Follow all safety and compliance procedures
Go above and beyond to anticipate guest needs
