Requirements

  • Responsible Beverage Service Certification required
  • Basic recipe knowledge of our food and beverage.
  • Lazy Dog Restaurant service standards.
  • Understanding of proper state and federal liquor laws; validating ID process; alcohol awareness procedures for preventing guest intoxication.
  • Clear communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Great guest relations skills.
  • Guest-focused and ability to multi-task.
  • Team-oriented.
  • High School diploma (preferred).
  • CA Resp Beverage Cert (California)
  • ServSafe Card (California, Florida)
  • Food Handlers Card (California, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia)
  • Nevada TAM Card (Nevada)
  • IL Basset Cert (Illinois)
  • GA Alcohol Handling (Georgia)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible Beverage Service Certification required
  • Interact with guests while they dine.
  • Demonstrate basic recipe knowledge of our food and beverage.
  • Demonstrate Lazy Dog Restaurant service standards.
  • Understand the proper state and federal liquor laws; validating ID process; alcohol awareness procedures for preventing guest intoxication.
