The server/ floor lead must possess a strong dedication toward learning and motivation to progress. Japanese cuisine experience is a plus. Previous fine dining/upscale experience is ideal but not required. Cleanliness, organization and the ability to work well in a team situation are crucial to this position. Must have lunch and dinner availability. The duties of this position may change from time to time.
