About The Position

Lyle is seeking a Part Time Server to join their team and deliver exceptional dining experiences rooted in thoughtful, heartfelt hospitality. The Server works closely with the front-of-house and culinary teams to provide seamless, intuitive service while upholding Lyle’s culture, mission, and commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

1–2 years of restaurant experience preferred, but not required
Hotel experience is not required — a fun, welcoming personality is a must
Knowledge of brasserie-style dining is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to remain poised, calm, and professional in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Welcome guests in a warm, personable, and genuine manner
Anticipate guest needs and create thoughtful, memorable experiences
Guide guests through the menu, providing knowledgeable recommendations based on preferences
Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
Maintain a strong understanding of menu items, ingredients, and beverage offerings
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and seamless service
Ensure cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
Comply with all company policies and service standards
