About The Position
Friendly Confines Sports Tavern & Grill is seeking experienced, energetic, and dependable Full-Time Servers to join our team at our Lake Mary location. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy providing exceptional guest service, and want the opportunity to earn great money, we’d love to meet you.
Requirements
- Full-time availability (30–40 hours per week)
- Weekend availability required.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to stay focused and off your phone during scheduled shifts.
- Honest, dependable, and team-oriented.
Nice To Haves
- Previous serving experience preferred but not necessary.
- Previous experience serving large parties, including families and youth/adult sports teams of up to 50 guests, is a huge plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Successfully manage multiple tables and large group dining experiences.
- Work efficiently with kitchen and bar staff to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
