Responsibilities
- Serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns.
- Provide guests with menus and detailed information about daily specials, menu items, and beverage selections.
- Take accurate food and drink orders.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables.
- Process payments and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Ensure a high level of cleanliness and safety in the dining area.
