On our team you’ll be part of a remarkable organization dedicated serving our community when they need us most. We are currently looking for a Dietary Aide to join our team and help create a dining experience that nurtures both body and soul. As a Server, you will provide exceptional dining service while creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for residents and guests. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving meals and beverages, maintaining dining room cleanliness, accommodating resident preferences, and creating meaningful interactions throughout service. You’ll work closely with fellow hospitality team members, cooks, dietary staff, and leadership to deliver an exceptional resident experience.

Requirements

  • Required minimum of 1-3 years experience working in hospitality service
  • High School or GED
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional dining service and hospitality to residents and guests
  • Set tables and maintain work stations in proper order and cleanliness
  • Correctly and efficiently serve meals, take orders, provide service and accommodate special requests both graciously and courteously
  • Clear and reset tables during and after meal service
  • Maintain safe and sanitary work environments
  • Assist with special events and additional hospitality tasks as needed
