About The Position

We are seeking a Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of fine dining service, full familiarity with menus and beverage offerings, and experience with station set-up and breakdown. Responsibilities include polishing and cleaning glassware and silverware, performing other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager, preparing dollies and underliners, and folding various napkins for service. The Server will provide excellent service to guests, ensuring they are greeted pleasantly and addressed by their surnames when obtained. Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment is crucial. Proficiency in the Micros Computer System is required. The Server will also assist other associates whenever possible and demonstrate a dedication to teamwork.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Saturday and Sunday availability
Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
Must provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

Prior hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities
