About The Position
Provide food and beverage service to club members and guests.
Requirements
- Food handlers Certification required.
- TABC Certification
- Willingness to learn and adapt to varied and added responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to recall menu items.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented with a priority on teamwork
- Work as part of a team or collaborate with colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with members and guests about when their food will be ready and any problems that may arise in a friendly and sincere manner.
- Interact with other service and cooking staff to ensure speedy and effective operations so guests receive their food as quickly and accurately as possible.
- Handle food carefully and responsibly while serving guests their dishes.
- Provide a friendly and caring experience for every member and guest that comes into the club, upholding Green Tree's hospitality standards.
- Train other employees in standard practices and procedures in a shadow-style training program.
