About The Position
Thirsty Lion Gastropub is looking for talented, experienced Servers to join their team. Thirsty Lion Gastropub and Grill offers a warm and inviting environment with an eclectic menu featuring a variety of multi-cultural cuisines and from-scratch cooking with a commitment to local, seasonal ingredients and bold flavors. The bar offers a wide range of local craft beers and crafted cocktails, along with 25 varieties of wine. The restaurant features flat screens for watching games, an open kitchen, a central bar, and a patio. Thirsty Lion’s mission is to evolve the gastropub business by creating a place where friends and family can come together, celebrate life and enjoy hand-crafted food, beer and cocktails. Thirsty Lion was established in Portland, Oregon and currently has 10 locations in Oregon, Arizona, Colorado, and Texas, with plans for continued growth nationwide.
