About The Position
Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Server to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team. The ideal candidate will have excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.
Requirements
- Two to three years’ experience working as a Server
- TABC & Food Handlers Certifications
- Work authorization in the United States
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of MICROS preferred
Responsibilities
- Anticipate and personalize each guest’s experience, going beyond traditional service to create memorable dining moments that exceed expectations.
- Provide genuine, attentive hospitality while guiding guests through menu selections with strong knowledge of ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens.
- Ensure efficient and detail-oriented service through accurate order entry and clear team communication.
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas.
- Uphold Four Seasons and Forbes Five-Star standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly resolve concerns.
- Support teammates and foster a positive, collaborative environment.
