About The Position

PARC Retirement Living is an award-winning developer and operator of independent senior-living communities. We’re seeking a Server for our Mulberry PARC team in Burnaby. The PARC dining experience is as fast-paced and service-oriented as any high-end restaurant – and our chef-prepared cuisine rivals the best, too! But PARC is also the place our residents call home. So, as you become a member of our close-knit front- and back-of-house teams, you’ll also forge close relationships with the seniors who live here.

Requirements

Restaurant or hotel serving experience
Food Safe Level 1 certification
Serving it Right certification
WHMIS certification
Understanding and respect for the needs of seniors, their families, and other professional services engaged with our residents.
Criminal Record Check
TB test within the first month of employment

Responsibilities

Creating an incredible dining experience for our residents and guests.
Creating a warm and positive atmosphere through customer-service excellence in every interaction.
Serving meals with flourish, according to proper food-handling procedures.
Providing room service and also cleaning and setting up the dining room between meals, washing dishes when needed.
