About The Position

Formula 1 racing is coming to Austin and DO & CO are excited to be there in full force to create an incredible experience for all our VIP guests. DO & CO offers gourmet entertainment all over the world. We operate in 32 locations, 12 countries and 3 Continents, maintaining the highest standard of quality in both our products and services. This role is within the Formula 1 VIP Hospitality area (Paddock Club).

Responsibilities

• Serving our VIP guests our renowned food and beverage offerings.
• Delivering the DO & CO personal service to our VIP guests.
• Working in a busy, fast-paced environment where quality comes first.
• Be part of a team ensuring the best food and experience is delivered to our guests.
• Support your Lead Server and Restaurant Manager to ensure the best level of service is provided.
• Be involved in everything, from setting up the restaurants at the start of the week to breaking down on Sunday, once the last race is over.
