About The Position

RH Hospitality is expanding its portfolio of restaurants within RH Design Galleries around the world. Its goal is to blur the line between home and hospitality through an integrated experience that engages guests in the RH lifestyle.

RH is seeking a dedicated, service-focused Server to deliver an elevated dining experience reflecting high hospitality standards. The Server helps create memorable guest experiences with intention, consistency, and attention to detail; guides guests throughout their dining journey; and continues to develop professional expertise.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the country of application at the time of application.
• Meet the minimum legal age required to serve alcohol, work certain shifts, and/or perform the full scope of kitchen responsibilities in accordance with local labor and safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and inviting environment by providing First Class Service that reflects RH’s standards of hospitality.
• Guide each phase of the guest dining experience with confidence and care, offering knowledgeable recommendations and anticipating guest needs.
• Process guest payments efficiently and in accordance with safety, compliance, and security procedures.
• Maintain quality and presentation throughout the dining room, including table maintenance, curation, and cleanliness.
• Engage warmly with guests, model a polished personal presentation, and maintain expert knowledge of RH’s menu offerings as a brand ambassador.
• Support the team with a “Full Hands In, Full Hands Out” mindset and ensure the dining room remains refined and prepared.
