About The Position

A Long Doggers AWESOME Server is dedicated to 110% Guest satisfaction. Our servers must strive to reach a level of fun and enthusiasm backed by great service, which sets us apart from other restaurants. It is your job to ensure our Guests receive this experience.

Requirements

• Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle and count money
• Able to work walking/standing for 100% (up to 8 hours) of shift
• Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary (30 lbs.)
• Must be 18 years old or older, to serve alcohol.

Nice To Haves

• Experience is a plus, but not required! We will train you!

Responsibilities

• Greet each guest and provide an excellent experience for every Guest
• Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
• Expedite food, get beverages, and deliver these items to our Guests
• Answering telephone within three rings and direct calls
• Helping fellow Team Members when appropriate
• Maintain cleanliness throughout dining room and bar area to company standards
