Requirements
- Valid food handler card (or ability to obtain within required timeframe)
- Previous serving or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable moments
Responsibilities
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
- Greet residents and guests warmly, provide menu guidance, and make thoughtful recommendations.
- Anticipate needs, refill drinks, and make the dining experience smooth and enjoyable.
- Set tables, clear plates, and maintain tidy service areas.
- Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and hospitality protocols.
- Assist with events, themed dinners, and celebrations that bring the community together.
- Monitor resident satisfaction and share feedback with leadership to continuously improve.
