About The Position
Our Servers are responsible for all aspects of professional food service and guest satisfaction including taking food and beverage orders and serving them to Guests in the restaurant. We are looking for individuals who embody our purpose of bringing people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, and who can embrace 'The Maggiano's Way'. Maggiano's Little Italy, a Brinker International brand, is known for pioneering casual dining and offering a slice of Italian American tradition. We are committed to creating lasting memories for our guests and supporting our community through initiatives like the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the North Texas Food Bank, and the Brinker Family Fund.
