About The Position

Join Our Team as a Server – Make Every Meal Meaningful! Flexible shifts and No Late Nights! Must be available for all shifts. At The Evergreen Inn in Vancouver, WA, part of Agemark Senior Living, we believe dining is more than a meal, it’s an experience. As a Server, you’ll help create a warm, inviting atmosphere while forming genuine connections with residents and their families.

Requirements

• Previous serving or hospitality experience is helpful, but we’ll train the right person
• A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine love for helping others
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet residents with a smile and take meal orders
• Serve food and beverages in a friendly, efficient manner
• Assist with set-up, clean-up, and restocking supplies
• Support community events and special dining experiences
• Maintain a clean and safe dining environment
