About The Position

Magnolia Green Golf Club, located in Moseley, VA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Server! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Requirements

One to two years of food service experience
High school diploma or equivalent
A thorough understanding of fine and casual dining
Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law
Possesses excellent customer service skills
Must be dependable
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work in a team environment

Responsibilities

Maintains a professional appearance at all times
Provides prompt and efficient customer service
Displays knowledge of the F&B menu
Takes guests' food and drink orders and turns them in to the kitchen, bar, and other applicable areas
Serves beverages and prepared meals to guests in an accurate and timely manner
Adheres to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies, including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests
Checks back to ensure guest satisfaction; replenishes items as necessary or as requested
Suggests and serves dessert, coffee, and other items as applicable or necessary
Handles all cash and credit card payments following standard operating procedures
Keeps tables, dining room, and workstations sanitized and organized
Listens and responds to customer complaints
Performs cleanup and closing procedures as assigned by the manager
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
