Requirements
- Must possess a SNHD Food Handler’s Card
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb when necessary, and move for long periods
- Lift and carry up to 25 pounds with ease
- Ability to adapt to varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comply with company uniform standards and hygiene policies
- 3+ years of experience working as a server in extremely high-volume restaurants
Responsibilities
- Guiding customers through a delicious experience, recommending must-try classics
- Turning customer interactions into moments they’ll remember
- Staying cool while juggling tables, orders, and special requests in a very fast-paced environment
- Getting customers excited about what’s on their plate
- Efficiently serve multiple tables in a high-volume restaurant, managing long seating times, busy lines, and large crowds of hungry customers
