About The Position
As a Food Server at Hilton Myrtle Beach, you will serve food and/or beverages to guests while supporting the hotel's efforts to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. This is a full-time, year-round position requiring open availability to work first shift, including weekends and holidays. The Kingston Resorts is a 145-acre oceanfront resort on the north end of Myrtle Beach, encompassing Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort, Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach, Kingston Plantation Condos, and Royale Palms.

Responsibilities
- Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, restaurant promotions, and specials.
- Take guest food and/or beverage orders and enter them into the appropriate point-of-sale system.
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout meal service.
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local, and company regulations.
- Keep the serving station well-stocked.
